Foot Care

Foot care is essential for maintaining healthy skin, preventing discomfort, and supporting overall wellbeing. Our feet carry us through daily life, yet they’re often neglected, leading to issues like dry, cracked heels, calluses, or even infections. A regular foot care routine keeps skin smooth and soft, improves circulation, reduces foot fatigue, and helps prevent more serious problems down the track.

Incorporating quality foot care products like exfoliants, moisturisers, foot peels and foot soaks also turns your routine into a relaxing self-care moment you’ll look forward to.

To maintain healthy feet, wash them daily, moisturise with hydrating foot care products, trim nails regularly, and wear breathable shoes. Weekly exfoliation or using a peeling foot mask can also prevent dry, cracked heels.

Foot care products are designed to cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, and protect your feet. They help address common concerns like rough skin, calluses, and dryness, leaving your feet soft, smooth, and refreshed.

Foot peels use a blend of exfoliating acids and botanicals to dissolve dead skin over several days. After applying the peeling foot mask, dead skin cells gradually shed, revealing fresh, baby-soft skin underneath.

A peeling foot mask can be used every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin’s needs. It’s important to allow the peeling process to complete before reapplying another treatment.

Most peeling foot masks are safe for normal skin, but those with sensitive skin or certain conditions (like eczema or diabetes) should consult a healthcare professional before use. Always patch test first.

Yes! After removing the peeling foot mask, you can wear breathable socks. Just avoid applying any lotions until the peeling process has finished, this ensures the exfoliating ingredients work effectively.

Not at all. Foot peels are pain-free. You may feel a mild tingling during application, and skin will shed naturally over a few days without discomfort.

Peeling typically begins 3–7 days after using the mask. Full results are usually visible within 10–14 days.
